All of the apartments offer “a home away from home”, with bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. They are all fully equipped and furnished to suit all tastes. 1 & 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 2 - 4. This is an elegant building with wrought iron balconies between St. Stephen’s Green and Trinity College. The building houses 12 apartments and a penthouse which are furnished to a very high standard. They provide all of the comforts one would expect for the discerning visitor who wants more than just a hotel room. The building is located just off Kildare Street, directly behind the Dublin Mansion House. This is in the heart of Dublin, just around the corner from Trinity College and St. Stephen’s Green. The National Library, Government Buildings, and National Museum are but a stone’s throw away. The many popular shops on Grafton Street are within easy walking distance. All apartments have living/dining area with hardwood floors and include table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV and direct dial phone with voice mail, and intercom to front door. The kitchens are fully equipped and include washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, microwave (no conventional oven) and all cutlery. Towels are changed twice weekly and linens one a week. Free car park subject to availability at time of booking. The 1 bedroom apartments have a double bed and separate bathroom with power shower over bath, sitting room, dining area and kitchen. 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms. Sleeps 4 - 6. These townhouses are set in an enclave in the heart of Donnybrook. They are very spacious units in a residential setting approximately 10 minutes by bus to the center of Dublin. Many of the units have nice outside patios. Each has a comfortable and well furnished sitting room with dining area and a well supplied kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker). Two, three and four bedroom townhouses are available. In each unit the bedrooms and bathroom(s) are upstairs. The 2 bedroom units sleep 4 in one double master bedroom and one twin bedded room. The 3 bedroom units sleep 5 in one master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and a small third bedroom (single). There is a second bathroom which serves the second and third bedrooms. There is an additional guest WC on the main floor. The 4 bedroom unit sleeps 6. All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and well equipped. Many are privately owned.
A local contact person is always available for assistance with any problems. Our properties rent for a minimum of one week.
Arrival is any day of the week for city flats and apartments. Countryside properties usually rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Normally, check-in time is between 2 PM and 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
We confirm the exact price when a reservation is booked. Prices depend on the current exchange rate of the dollar, number in the party and dates of travel. Prices quoted include heat, electricity, towels, linen, cleaning fees, taxes and our fees - unless otherwise stated. Charges for telephone calls are extra. Most properties require a refundable breakage/damage deposit.
