Located on the sixth floor of an 18th century building (with elevator) this charming and quiet 2-level air-conditioned apartment is located in the heart of the historical Marais. Parents with children will love the Square du Temple and its playground just 2 minutes away. The square, popular still, was a favorite hang out for the aristocracy and "thinkers" of the 17th century. From your doorstep, in around 5 minutes on foot you are also at the Seine River, crossing onto the Islands to visit Notre Dame and the Ile Saint-Louis. All major attractions in the center of Paris are thus within walking distance. There is no more desirable place for the perfect Parisian experience from sunny, outdoor brasseries to the latest shopping on Rue des Francs Bourgeois to romantic walks along the Seine River. In a classic 18th century building in the heart of the Marais, lies this remodeled apartment (March 2004) with air-conditioning. It has all the modern amenities. The interior is filled with natural light; with the living room and bedroom looking out onto the little street below and rue Rivoli. Prices quoted include heat, electricity, towels, linen, cleaning fees, taxes and our fees - unless otherwise stated. Charges for telephone calls are extra. Most properties require a refundable breakage/damage deposit.
